Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 10 days from receipt of the order to contact us regarding the return of the item.  To make a return the product must be unchanged and is to be returned unused in its original packaging.

The customer must cover all the costs related to the return, that includes shipping and customs cost if it is the case.    

On receipt of the item, Macho Fins will verify that the above conditions are met and the cost of the product, minus original shipment and any other cost related to the return, will be refunded via the same method used for the original payment.

No item can be returned without prior authorization from Macho Fins.

How to make a return

On receipt of the above information we will contact you to make the return.

 

Replacements

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.

In order to make a replacement, the article must be unused.

Macho Fins will also replace items after use provided that the cause of the replacement is clearly a production defect.

Items to be replaced must be shipped in their original packaging.  Macho Fins will cover the costs of returning the item and the shipment of a replacement item.
